Who has access to my personal information?
The other parents and volunteers on the walking bus whatsapp groups will have access to your name and phone number. A list of parents’ contact details will also be kept in the walking bus rucksack for the route they volunteer and/ or their children are enrolled on. The administrators and management team will have access to all the information given to the service. All children on the walking bus have a lanyard with their name and any relevant information for the safety and effectiveness of the bus and that child inside the lanyard. The lanyards, register and list of parents’ details are kept in the relevant walking bus rucksack, as well as online on our website.
